My Background
Armed with advanced training and expertise in pelvic floor dysfunction, I have dedicated my career to addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals dealing with issues such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum concerns. My comprehensive understanding of the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor muscles allows me to conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Through a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and patient education, I strive to empower individuals to regain control and enhance the health of their pelvic floor.
My Approach & Philosophy
My journey birthing and raising my 2 girls has given me a new found empathy for my clients and the health challenges women face throughout their lives. My experiences and the patient’s I have met throughout my career has fuelled my passion in pelvic floor physiotherapy and the vision for projected positive health outcomes throughout the lifespan.

My Background
Armed with a solid foundation in physiotherapy and additional training in lymphoedema management, I have dedicated my career to addressing the unique needs of those grappling with lymphoedema. My expertise encompasses a comprehensive understanding of the lymphatic system, coupled with the practical application of manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and personalized exercise programs. Through meticulous assessments and tailored treatment plans, I aim to alleviate swelling, enhance lymphatic circulation, and improve overall quality of life for my patients.
My Approach & Philosophy
After falling in love with the Illawarra, I moved here to specialise in rehabilitation, geriatrics and palliative care. For the past 4 years of my career, I have worked solely as an advanced scope pracitioner in Lymphoedema Physiotherapy which is where I have found my passion for supporting clients to live their best lives and to overcome adversity.

My Background
With a strong passion for all things pelvic health physiotherapy for men and women, I am driven to deliver effective and accessible treatment for those who experience symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. I aim to create a safe and comfortable environment for all, to address patient concerns around their pelvic organ function; such as bladder, bowel, sexual function, pelvic pain and gynae/prostate changes with evidence-based interventions, with a patient-centred, holistic approach. Special areas of interest for me include guiding women through their pre/postnatal journey, managing pelvic pain as well as supporting men through prostate cancer treatment.
My Approach & Philosophy
To empower patients throughout their physiotherapy treatment with education, care and up to date interventions. My goal is to improve quality of life that can be impacted upon by pelvic organ symptoms, an area of one’s health that is often overlooked. By creating awareness, access and treatment to those with concerns, their comfort and longevity can be worked towards.
